I have known Becky for many years but never really connected with her until my son got involved in special olympics, she is really involved with all the kids and they all know and love her, she has concern and understands the desire each one of us has to feel understood and important, and she picks up on the positive in each one and focuses on that and encourages them in that way. If there is anything she can do to help she will go above and beyond to do it. It is so important for each one to have friends and connections and she works hard to have fun things for them to do together.  If there is a problem she figures out how to handle it in a respectful professional manner. I always feel very comfortable with my son when he is with her knowing he is safe.
